A Brief History About Us
Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. was established in 2004 by entrepreneurs Stephen Lee Keng and Li Yi Chiang, originally targeting luxury residential condominiums for the Filipino-Chinese community in Binondo, Manila. Its first project, Lee Tower, sold out quickly and paved the way for developments like Mandarin Square and Mayfair Tower. The company went public in 2007 and began diversifying into commercial, office, hotel, and logistics developments. Today, Anchor Land is recognized as one of the Philippines’ top real estate developers, known for premium, customer-focused projects across Metro Manila and beyond.
